The low ceilings were ridiculous for a hotel. I mean, who designed these rooms? And let's not even begin with the shower hose instead of an actual shower! I nearly expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but I guess that level of service is only for others? I just couldn't bring myself to recommend this place.

Comfortable room with a great view of the church. Generous portions of delicious pub grub available for a satisfying meal.
Accommodation is up two long flights of stairs, which might be a challenge for some. Church bells ring throughout the night, which could disrupt sleep.

Would be happy to recommend for a weekend breather
Clean room, comfortable bed, with a wonderful breakfast with a wide selection of freshly cooked options and a friendly atmosphere. The off-site car park was a big plus for convenience.
No problems at all.

The staff were very very helpful, and the room was beautifully decorated and fairly quiet with a comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was so close to the peaceful sea, and a 200 year old pub. It also was in a friendly establishment in a rural location.
